- Confirmation that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you believe the use is not authorized by the rights holder or permitted by law. Sign with your full name.
Please consider any licence, public-domain status, fair dealing, or other applicable exception before making a complaint. Do not include settlement offers, demands for payment or personal information, or links to those offers or demands in your notice.
How we handle complaints
We review complaints and may request clarification or supporting information. Where required by applicable law, we forward a compliant notice to the member who supplied the material, inform the claimant whether it was forwarded or why it could not be, and retain the required records.
Under our Terms of Service, we may remove or disable access to material while reviewing a complaint or after determining that action is appropriate. A complaint does not by itself establish infringement or guarantee removal. We comply with applicable legal requirements and court orders.
Requesting a review
If your material was removed or restricted and you believe this was a mistake, reply to our notification or email the contact above with the subject “Copyright review”. Include the original URL, your contact details, and an explanation with any relevant permission, licence, or other evidence supporting your right to share the material.
We will review the information and communicate our decision. Restoration is not automatic and depends on the circumstances, our Terms of Service, and applicable law. Do not upload removed material again while the complaint remains unresolved.
Repeated infringement
We may restrict uploads, suspend, or close accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright. We consider the circumstances, including relevant responses and evidence, when deciding what action to take. We may also act on apparent infringement without waiting for a complaint.
Accuracy and privacy
Submit complaints and responses honestly. False or abusive claims can harm others and may have legal consequences. Complaints and responses, including contact details, may be shared with the affected member or claimant, our advisers, service providers, or authorities as necessary to handle the matter or meet legal obligations. Please include only personal information relevant to your complaint.
We handle information under our Privacy Terms and retain complaint records as required by applicable law. This process does not limit anyone's legal rights or remedies.
